Basic Bath Salts

3 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp baking soda
8 drops essential oils
4 oz jar

Epson Salt Bath

1 tbsp Epson salt
2 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp baking soda
8 drops essential oils
4 oz jar

Fizzy Bath Salts

3 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp citric acida
8 drops essential oils
4 oz jar

Red Earth Salts

2 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp powdered red earth clay
8 drops essential oils
4 oz jar

Seaweed Salts

2 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp powdered kelp
8 drops essential oils
4 oz jar

Directions for all recipes above

Choose several essential oils such as Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Lavender, Palmarosa, Rose, and Rosewood
Add sea salt, baking soda and oils to jar, then gently shake and mix well

Add salts to tub while running water.
