Scented Shower Gels - Recipes

Custom Shower Gel
Basic ingredients for all

• 3/4 cup distilled water
• 1/4 cup shampoo concentrate
• or substitute 1/2 cup unscented shampoo and increase salt to 1 tsp
• 1/2 tsp table salt

Customize with

• 10 - 15 drops fragrance oil
• food coloring if desired

Basic instructions for all:
Warm water and pour into ceramic bowl. Add essential oils, salt, fragrance oil, vitamin E oil and coloring. Blend well until thick. Pour into squeeze bottle and close.

Green Apple and Aloe Vera Shower Gel

• basic ingredients above
• 2 tbs. aloe vera gel
• 10 - 15 drops apple fragrance oil
• 1 drop green food coloring is optional

Follow basic instructions above.

Peach Shower Gel

• basic ingredients above
• 1 tbs apricot kernel oil
• 15 drops peach fragrance oil
• 5 drops vitamin E oil - 2 capsules
• 1 drop orange food coloring is optional

Bubble Bags
Used these in the shower when you don't have time for a soaking bath.

• 2 parts oatmeal
• 2 parts dried herbs
• 1 part grated soap
  
  

Put ingredients into a cloth bag. Use as a washcloth.
